Tenants browse these properties, pay a ₦5,000 fee to unlock landlord contact information, and then communicate directly to arrange viewings and finalize rentals.

Yes! RentEase operates across all 36 states in Nigeria. We have properties listed in major cities like Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano, and Ibadan, as well as smaller towns and communities.

The ₦5,000 payment serves multiple purposes:

• Ensures only serious tenants contact landlords
• Protects landlords from spam and unserious inquiries
• Maintains the quality of our platform
• Gives you 3 months of access to the landlord's contact information

This one-time payment per property helps maintain a high-quality experience for both tenants and landlords.

Tenant KYC verification typically takes 1-2 business days. We manually review all NIN documents to ensure authenticity. You'll receive an email notification once your verification is complete. During this process, you can still browse properties but won't be able to make payments until verified.

To list a property on RentEase, landlords need:

• Valid National ID (NIN)
• Recent NEPA bill (not more than 3 months old)
• Proof of property ownership (C of O, Deed of Assignment, etc.)

These documents help us verify your identity and ownership, ensuring a secure platform for all users.

No, listing properties on RentEase is completely free for landlords. You can list unlimited properties and rooms without any charges. We only charge tenants the ₦5,000 contact access fee, which helps ensure you only receive inquiries from serious, verified tenants.
